If you aren't happy with your purchase, even if there's nothing wrong with the product we probably can help! 

To return items we do ask that they are unused and you still have any boxes or other items you received with the product. Essentially it must be in the same condition as when you received it.

We are here to help, if you may not meet the requirements above but still aren’t happy get in contact with us anyway. While there is no guarantee that we will be able to help we will do everything we can to ensure your happy!

Not as described or damaged?

Have you received damaged goods or an item that was not as described? We know how much this sucks and we are here to help! Please contact us immediately after receiving the items so we can take care of any issues as fast as possible!

Sale items (if applicable) 
Where items are on sale for a reduced price not for the or defective stock clearance items are entitled to a refund at the sale price where applicable.

Contact us to arrange shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
